Tec Inspections Services

With TEC Inspections, you are choosing qualified and certified professionals who provide high-quality home inspection services to the Kennedale, TX & surrounding areas. We take great pride in doing a thorough job and going beyond our clients’ expectations.

Our home inspection experience is inclusive. We encourage you to join us during the inspection and to ask questions as you go. Having you with us on the inspection also gives us an opportunity to provide you with tips on home care and maintenance. For instance, you can learn how to change the furnace filter, and turn off the water, gas, and electricity in an emergency.

A home inspection is valuable, but unless the experience is well-documented, most people won’t remember all the important details. That’s why we provide a detailed engineered written report to serve as your guide for as long as you own the home. It not only describes the house components and their condition, but also provides insight into what improvements will be necessary, and when.
Our report can also help you set up a home maintenance program to take care of one of the most significant investments most people make. Our goal is to ensure that you can live safely, comfortably, and efficiently in your new home.

It is our goal with every inspection that we undertake to provide unparalleled customer service & professionalism. We understand every facet of the home purchasing and inspecting experience & we work hard to ensure that our clients fully understand the level of risk associated with their intended purchase.
The overwhelming majority of our clients come from satisfied customers & ethical Real Estate Agents. We’ve never spent a single penny marketing to real estate offices or provided any monetary compensation for referrals. Rest assured, if your Agent has referred me, it’s because they’ve seen my work & want what is best for you as well.

Your inspector should possess the physical capabilities necessary to traverse your roof when safe to do so, and to navigate through your attic space. Some of the most significant defects are located in the hardest-to-access places.
What Good is a Home Inspector Without Tools? Believe it or not, there are no requirements in the TREC SOP that a home inspector brings anything but a pen and paper to your inspection. Our professionals bring thousands of dollars worth of state-of-the-art tools on every inspection to help ensure we gather as much data about your home as we can. Without these tools, we would not have been able to detect a jaw-dropping number of previous defects. We spend the money on these tools to save you thousands in potential repairs.
