Scheduling a Home Inspection or Engineering Evaluation During COVID-19
With all of the uncertainty surrounding the COVID-19 situation, we wanted to take a moment to share with you the steps that we are taking to ensure the health and well-being of you and our team members.
What We Are Doing
The health and safety of our clients, agents, team members, and occupants of the homes we inspect is our top priority. We will continue to provide home inspection and engineering services while implementing precautionary measures to ensure a safe environment during the consultation.
Home Inspections and Engineering Reports During COVID-19 Pandemic
In the past, we made it a habit to recommend for clients to be present during the home inspection and/or engineering evaluation. However, in an effort to practice social distancing, we request that neither the client nor the agent (if applicable) is present during the home inspection. Instead, we can schedule a brief follow-up call to discuss our findings and answer any questions.
Our employees will practice social distancing, wear gloves, and sanitize by hand washing and use of hand sanitizers throughout our process. If any of our inspectors or engineers feel unwell, they are required to stay home and notify management immediately. If you are feeling sick or showing signs of illness, please notify our offices to reschedule your appointment.
